Posh Hair Club provides professional hairdressing and styling services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All clients are required to provide accurate contact information when booking to ensure appointment confirmation.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations and deposits are required for all bookings. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any deposit paid. Repeated "no-shows" may result in the requirement of full pre-payment for future bookings.

3. Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please call us at 0203 518 9828. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients, and cancellation fees may apply.

4. Skin Testing (Patch Test)

For your safety, all new clients or clients who have not had a color service with us in the last 6 months are required to undergo a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any chemical or color service. We cannot proceed with your service without a valid patch test.

5. Pricing and Payments

All our pricing will be on consultation.

6. Health and Safety

Clients are required to inform their stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or previous adverse reactions to hair products before the service begins. Posh Hair Club is not liable for any reactions to products if such information was withheld.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, and images found on https://poshclubhair.co.uk/ are the property of Posh Hair Club. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the website without express written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability
